When there is a complaint, it is the responsibility of the Manager of Official Representation to receive it and conduct it. It is the responsibility of the Official Representation Manager to determine the resolution to the complaint entered in a period not exceeding 10 business days, recording the determined resolution and informing the complainant of the resolution through a formal letter.
